Our house bean is the single origin Arabica from the municipality of Suarez, Cauca state, Colombia. Roasted to our own specification by Rave Coffee in the Cotswolds and shipped to you within 30 days of its roast date. If necessary, we can grind for French Press, Stovetop, AeroPress or V60. OUR PACKAGING
Our coffee is loosely packed immediately after roasting to maintain its freshness. The bags are heat sealed with a one-way valve system to allow gasses to escape without loss of aroma. The airtight packaging gives the coffee complete protection from humidity and any outside contamination. The bags are resealable but once opened the coffee is best consumed within 2 weeks, if left unopened it is good for up to 3 months.
